END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Millenary Games ("Company", "we", "us") for the use of the multiplayer game CAMPS ("Game"), including its tools such as the Map Builder ("Tool"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

1. License Grant

Millenary Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Distribute, lease, sell, rent, or transfer the Game or its components
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where legally permitted
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or branding
• Use the Game or Map Builder for commercial purposes without written permission
• Use the Game for unlawful activity or to infringe third-party rights

3. Ownership

The Game, Map Builder, and all related assets (including maps, designs, systems, and generated content) are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Millenary Games.

4. User-Generated Content

Any content created using the Game or Map Builder ("User-Generated Content") is subject to the following:

• You grant Millenary Games a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute such content
• This includes commercial use of such content
• You waive any ownership claims over content created using the Game’s tools and assets

5. Updates and Patches

The Game may receive updates, patches, or modifications. These may be installed automatically, and continued use of the Game requires acceptance of such updates.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Millenary Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Game.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire agreement between you and Millenary Games regarding the Game.

11. Changes to this EULA

Millenary Games may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of changes.
